This Infuser Ball is made with a fine mesh sieve to create the ideal shape for making tea with loose leaves or for infusing a broth or stew dish with herbs or spices.
For hearty dishes you can fill the ball with bay leaves, peppercorns, chillies or allspice, to name a few.
After the desired cooking time, pull out the ball — the fine-meshed sieve holds back the herb or grain residues.
