1. Mix 200ml cold milk and bag contents to a smooth dough.
2. Heat 1 tablespoon of butter (10g) in a large coated pan. Pour in the dough and bake the lower side over medium-high heat for 3-5 minutes until golden brown.
3. Quarter the liquid dough on the surface turn it over and bake the second side on low heat for 3-5 minutes until golden brown.
4. Tear into small pieces with two spatulas and continue baking for about 1 minute. Sprinkle Kaiserschmarrn with icing sugar and serve with applesauce plum or cherry compote.
