Open the bag and lightly knead the contents to loosen.

Heat a little oil in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat.

Spread the contents of the bag evenly in the pan.

Fry over medium heat for about 4-5 minutes.

Turn the fried potatoes over and fry for another 4-5 minutes, until golden brown.
