Knead 500g of the bread mix and 320ml (or 1kg of the bread mix and 640ml) of lukewarm water into an elastic dough for about 10 minutes. Cover and let rise for 30 minutes. Use your floured hands to make bread or rolls out of them and place them on a baking sheet covered with baking paper, or fill the dough into a greased box. Leave in a warm place for 30 – 45 minutes. Brush the surface with water, cut and bake in the middle in a preheated oven at 230°C (thermofan oven 210°C). After 10 minutes, lower the temperature by 30°C.

1 bread from 1kg baking mix: 55 – 70 minutes.

1 bread of 500g baking mix: 45 – minutes.

Bread roll: 15 – 25 minutes.

How it works in the bread maker

First add 320ml of water (20 – 25°C ), then pack of bread mix in the kneading mold of the bread maker.

Start the baking program (no whole grain program).
