Knoll Shredded Potato Roesti 400g Expiry date 3.2.2026

Preperation:

Before opening the aluminum foil bag, loosen the contents slightly by gently pressing.

Pour the contents of the package – without adding any fat – into a non-stick pan and spread evenly.

Fry briefly (approx. 3-5 minutes over medium heat), stirring occasionally.

Press the potatoes firmly from the edge of the pan towards the center and fry for approx. 5 minutes, until a golden crust has formed around the edges, then turn.

To turn, place a flat lid or plate over the pan, press firmly, and turn over.

Let the turned rösti return to the pan from the lid or plate and fry the other side for approx. 5 minutes until golden brown.
